The website is also the first development from FPUK Web Design that utilises a third party html to PDF generator to generate instant PDF invoices, job sheets, quotes and delivery notes.

Security and Login Options

The FPUK AMS benefits from a secure, multi-administrator login system, which delivers unique information to whom ever is logged in. All data entry, deletion, and manipulation is also logged by each user to offer peace of mind when updating and changing information.

There is also a seperate customer login section which allows the client's customers access to information only relevant to them. In this area, customers can change their login details, company profile information, view work due and complated, add order numbers and print delivery notes for any completed work.

File Management and Sharing

The AMS also incorporates a file upload facility which allows administrators to upload files specific to clients, jobs, projects and attatch them accordingly. These files are then accessiable by any other administrator from any where in teh world.
